who is this guy? Frederick Hoffmann was a German “expert scientist or statistician” (use that lightly) who implied he could not be biased due to him having no connections to america’s race problem. He wrote to warn people about the ramifications of diluting races. He talks about how white is clearly superior, and black people aren’t too bad, but when blending defects can occur and the races are best left to their own vices.
